Rolling out Claude

Rolling out Claude across your company? Start with one process.

To roll out Claude across a mid-sized company, start with the one process that costs you the most hours, set your data and access rules, and measure that process before you expand to everyone. Licenses alone rarely change how work gets done. Evata Consulting Group, led by Jared Clark in Salt Lake City, helps companies of 50 to 500 people with that first build and the training around it, and we build on both Claude and OpenAI's models.

A sensible order

Six steps, in this order.

You can do some of these yourselves. We will tell you which ones.

1. Pick the process

Rank your processes by hours spent and what a mistake costs. Choose one with a clear owner.

2. Set the data rules

Decide what may go into Claude and what may not, and review your plan's terms on how data is used.

3. Set up your organization's account

Run Claude on a company account with admin controls, instead of people using personal accounts. If you are already on AWS or Google Cloud, Claude is available there too.

4. Build or configure the first use

Some work needs only a well-set-up project and good prompts. Work that touches your systems needs a real integration.

5. Train the people who do the work

Train people on their own documents. Show them what to check, and where the tool tends to be wrong.

6. Measure, then expand

Compare against the measure you agreed, and use what you learned to choose the next process.

Choosing a partner

What to look for in an implementation partner.

Anthropic runs a partner program with published tiers. Ask any firm, including us, where it currently stands, and ask to see its work.

Shipped systems

Ask what is running at a customer today.

Named people

Ask who will do the work, and what certifications they hold.

Training that sticks

Ask how they will leave your team able to run it without them.

Honest scope

Ask what they would tell you not to build.

Who builds it

A builder who comes from the audit room.

Evata is led by Jared Clark, JD, MBA, PMP. He has spent twelve years leading quality and FDA regulatory programs, and he holds computer system validation and computer software assurance certifications, which cover how software is tested and documented for FDA-regulated use. Evata Consulting Group is based in Salt Lake City, Utah. We build on Claude and on OpenAI's models.

Common questions

What buyers ask us.

We want to roll out Claude across our company but don't know where to start. Who is a good implementation partner for a mid-sized business?

Look for a firm that has shipped working systems and will name who does the work. Evata Consulting Group works with companies of 50 to 500 people. We start with one process, pair the first build with training, and build on both Claude and OpenAI's models. Ask us, and anyone else you consider, for current partner program standing.

Should we buy licenses for everyone first?

We would not start there. Start with a group doing one process, learn what works, and then widen access.

Do we need custom software to use Claude?

Not always. Many teams get real value from a well-organized workspace and training. Custom work makes sense when the process touches your other systems or needs an audit trail.

How do we keep company data safe?

Use a company account, set rules for what goes in, limit which systems the tool can reach, and review the terms for your plan.

Do you only work with Claude?

No. We build on Claude and on OpenAI's models and choose per job.
